Delivery Policy
At Rylight, we take pride in ensuring every order is delivered safely and on time.
Your total delivery time is calculated as:

1️⃣ Order Processing Time
This is the time required to verify and confirm your order after it has been placed.
- Standard Processing Time: 1 business day
Please note: Processing may be delayed during holidays.
2️⃣ Production Time
If your item is made-to-order or customized, this step covers the time needed to produce and prepare it.
For pre-made items, this stage may be shorter or skipped entirely.

📦 Important Notes
A. Complimentary Sea Freight
Rylight covers sea freight costs for shipments to:
- Europe (excluding Switzerland & Turkey)
- Asia
- Canada
- Australia
B. Tracking & Logistics Updates
Tracking updates may not appear for about 3 weeks during sea transit.
This is normal — your goods remain safely in transit.
Once your shipment arrives locally and clears customs, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your order.
C. Expedited Shipping Clarification
Expedited shipping refers only to the shipping duration.
The total delivery time includes:
- 1 Business Day (Order Processing)
- Production Time (see chart above)
- Shipping Time (5–7 business days, on average)
D. Special Delivery Addresses
Deliveries to the following locations incur an additional $150 USD fee:
Airports, ports, construction sites, markets, exhibitions, amusement parks, hotels, resorts, golf courses, farms, hospitals, government facilities, military bases, dormitories, schools, or any location with limited or restricted access (e.g., dirt or one-way roads).
E. White Glove Delivery Service
Need in-home placement and unpacking?
Contact our team to arrange White Glove Service — additional fee $300 USD.
F. Address Change Policy
- Before Arrival: Address changes are free of charge if your order is still in transit.
- After Arrival: Once goods have reached your local area, changing the delivery address (within the same country) will incur a reassignment fee of $80–$150 USD, depending on location.

Shipping & Returns

Eligibility for Returns
Each Rylight product is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. To preserve quality standards and ensure fairness, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Items showing any signs of installation, use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return. - Documentation: A valid proof of purchase and clear photos of the item must be provided when submitting your return request.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature:

Because these items are individually crafted to customer specifications, they are not eligible for return or refund once production begins. -
Clearance or Final-Sale Items:
All clearance or promotional sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Return an Item
If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:
- Repack the item carefully in its original packaging.
- Contact our customer service team at support@rylight.com.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please note:
- If the return is not due to a quality or damage issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the item is damaged during return transit, our team will assess the condition and issue a partial refund accordingly.
- A damage fee starting at 25% of the purchase price will apply for returned items that are not in original condition.
- If the item is deemed unsalvageable, no refund can be provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rylight.com.
- Include your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and any other relevant details.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs, based on the severity of the issue and product availability.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange your product for the same model, please contact our support team at support@rylight.com for assistance.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully:
Before Payment
You may cancel your order at any time before payment without incurring any fees.
After Payment
- Before Order Confirmation: Orders may be canceled without charge.
- After Order Confirmation: Cancellations may be subject to a processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Customized Products
- If customization work has begun but the item has not yet shipped, a 20% service fee will apply.
- Once a customized item has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
After Shipping
For all standard and customized products, cancellations after shipment are not permitted due to the high cost of international logistics and product handling.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If a cancellation is approved before shipping, your refund will be processed promptly.
For customized products, the 20% service fee will be deducted if production has already started.
